Life can be hard. It can be painful, difficult, and sometimes feel almost impossible to manage. But life can also be joyful! Our lives can be exciting and fulfilling, and our relationships strong and meaningful! I believe that life is a journey with things to teach us at every point. Difficulty brings with it opportunity for growth if we are open to learning the things it offers to teach us. As a clinician, it is my greatest privilege, to support clients through even a small part of their journey toward greater health, fulfilling relationships, and more meaningful living.
I have 10 years of experience treating individuals, couples, and families in a variety of clinical settings. I use an eclectic approach of evidence based therapy treatments. In addition to treating couples, I also have extensive experience treating Anxiety/Mood Disorders, navigating major life transitions, and everyday issues and stressors.
I provide a calm and supportive environment where clients can feel empowered through the process of gaining insight and developing practical tools for managing their emotional and relational lives; and ultimately moving forward on the road to health and happiness.
Cami also brings her therapy dog, Osa, to some therapy sessions. Her clients are encouraged to engage with Osa as little or as much as helps them feel comfortable.
