Let's get real for a minute…life is hard! We are constantly bombarded with messages telling us we must do it all on our own. But, I have good news-- you are not alone, and you don't have to do it on your own! Maybe I can help! I utilize a skills and strengths-based approach, which means I help you identify your goals and then help you acquire the skills needed to reach them!
I have worked in the mental health field for many years and recently received ART training (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) which can lead to positive changes in a short duration with the treatment of anxiety, depression, and many other concerns. So, if you're ready to get to work, I'm willing to begin that journey of change with you! I applaud your courage in taking this step for yourself and look forward to connecting with you!
In my free time, I enjoy soaking up every moment I can with my husband and three kids in the great wide open! I enjoy camping, hiking, RZR riding, and a great novel.
