Learn more about Tricia!
I work from a primarily solution-focused approach, that is, helping you identify what it is that you would really like to have become different in your life and then decide what skills and resources you can use to make that happen. You are the expert on yourself and can recognize what is best for you. At times it may feel that you don't know, and that is where my job comes into play. I will help you to recognize the knowledge you already have, listen to your instincts, and recognize what you are already doing that is working.
I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, parent-child relations, and couple's therapy including sexual relations. I prefer working with people age 18 and up, but will accept younger patients if, after consulting with parent(s), I feel I can genuinely be of help.
I often bring my dog, Tonks, to sessions with me. Clients are encouraged to interact with her as much or little as feels helpful to your therapy journey.

Tricia's dog Tonks tags along to sessions with her; clients are encouraged to interact with her as much or as little as they feel comfortable.
Tricia works out of both the North Logan Office and the Center Street Office.
