Accepted Insurance Plans:
Please note that while we make every effort to verify your benefits, ultimately, you are responsible for knowing what your insurance provider covers. You may have a deductible and it may be separate from your medical deductible. In addition, your mental health benefits may be handled by a third party that is outside of your medical insurance provider. We encourage all clients to check their benefits with their insurance provider. |

Life can be hard. It can be painful, difficult, and sometimes feel almost impossible to manage. But life can also be joyful! Our lives can be exciting and fulfilling, and our relationships strong and meaningful! I believe that life is a journey with things to teach us at every point. Difficulty brings with it opportunity for growth if we are open to learning the things it offers to teach us. As a clinician, it is my greatest privilege, to support clients through even a small part of their journey toward greater health, fulfilling relationships, and more meaningful living.
My primary treatment approaches are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and when working with couples, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Each are evidence based approach that have a wealth of effectiveness research behind them. I have found these approaches to be immensely helpful in enriching the lives of my clients as well as my own.
I provide a calm and supportive environment where clients can feel empowered through the process of gaining insight, developing practical tools for managing their emotional and relational lives, healing from trauma, and ultimately moving forward on the road to health and vitality.
Cami also brings her therapy dog, Osa, to some therapy sessions. Her clients are encouraged to engage with Osa as little or as much as helps them feel comfortable.
