Emma Longhurst BellMS, MFTIInsurances:
Please note that while we make every effort to verify your benefits, ultimately, you are responsible for knowing what your insurance provider covers. You may have a deductible and it may be separate from your medical deductible. In addition, your mental health benefits may be handled by a third party that is outside of your medical insurance provider. We encourage all clients to check their benefits with their insurance provider.

I am passionate about creating a space where people feel safe enough to show up honestly and fully as themselves. I believe relationships have a powerful impact on the way we experience ourselves and the world, and that feeling genuinely seen and understood can create meaningful change. My hope as a therapist is to help clients feel supported, accepted, and less alone as we explore the emotions, experiences, and patterns that have shaped their lives. I deeply believe that every person has inherent worth, even in the moments when they struggle to see it themselves.
I am an advanced Master's student at Utah State University working under Jennifer Walker, LMFT. I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and curiosity. Rather than seeing therapy as simply “fixing problems,” I view it as a collaborative process of gaining insight, strengthening relationships, and creating a life that feels more connected and fulfilling. I want you to feel accepted for who you are while also feeling hopeful about who you are becoming.
