For most of us, the decision to go to therapy is not one that is made lightly. Walking through the doors (or opening a zoomlink) and telling a stranger about your deepest struggles can be incredibly scary. I do my best to provide you with a space that is safe and productive in which you can be your unapologetic true self and achieve your goals.
If you desire help navigating anxiety, depression, marital issues, boundaries, spirituality, sexual abuse, men’s issues, or issues of self-esteem, I am honored to be a part of your healing process.
When meeting with underage children, I ask that parents be in attendance for the benefit of the family system.
In my free time, I love being outside, working with my hands with wood and metal, and working with horses. If desired, my dog, Solas can come to the sessions as well. I also am able to offer equine sessions on a case by case basis.
Just reaching out for help is an important step and one that I recognize as significant.
