Kyla IversonInsurances:
Please note that while we make every effort to verify your benefits, ultimately, you are responsible for knowing what your insurance provider covers. You may have a deductible and it may be separate from your medical deductible. In addition, your mental health benefits may be handled by a third party that is outside of your medical insurance provider. We encourage all clients to check their benefits with their insurance provider. |

Going to therapy is not an easy task to do. It can be intimidating talking to a stranger about the most personal aspects of yourself. I get it! I am here to offer a safe and nurturing environment where individuals, couples, and families can come feel heard and seen.
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing is possible for everyone, and I am committed to helping my clients experience that healing firsthand.
I have worked with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, infidelity, self-worth and self-esteem, suicide ideation, suicide in the family, and women’s issues. I am systemically trained, meaning that I see individuals within the context of their relationships and broader systems.
Whether the problem is with relationships, past traumas, personal growth, or other, let’s work together. I am here on your team!
