I recently earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from USU. I have gained expertise in several therapeutic approaches, including Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2, which are research-based and proven to be effective, as well as IFS Level 1 and ART (Accelerated Restoration Therapy).

Please note that while we make every effort to verify your benefits, ultimately, you are responsible for knowing what your insurance provider covers. You may have a deductible and it may be separate from your medical deductible. In addition, your mental health benefits may be handled by a third party that is outside of your medical insurance provider. We encourage all clients to check their benefits with their insurance provider.

Deciding to seek out therapy can be a difficult decision. Perhaps there have been barriers in your way that have made it especially hard. Taking this first step towards healing and recovery takes great courage, which I applaud you for in seeking support.
In the therapy room, I utilize a collaborative approach based on my belief that you are the
ultimate expert in your life. You may need help uncovering what these strengths are. My role is to support you in this discovery process by providing a safe space to work through the pain, loss, trauma, and struggles you are experiencing.
As a systemically trained therapist, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. For increased success, working with different constellations of family members can be significantly helpful in the healing process.
As an interracial person, I am innately aware of the specialized challenges that marginalized
individuals and families encounter. I am especially interested in working with minoritized people facing personal and relational issues.
Outside the therapy room, I am an avid reader (especially of Brandon Sanderson's books),
collecting tea sets, creating junk journals, and spending time with my husband and children.
